2Senza red pepper tomato soup

At home in a former factory
Since 1995, 2 Senza has made its home in the Galleria, in the heart of Red Bank’s arts and antiques district, directly across the street from the Two River Theatre. Built in the early 1900′s by Sigmund Eisner, the building was beautifully restored in the 1990. 2 Senza — where the values of Mediterranean fare, authentic architecture, and you — are truly at home.

Mumford’s cavatelli and broccoli

The Culinary School is a specialized educational program that offers courses on the whole spectrum of culinary subjects, from food preparation and kitchen tool skills to the finer points of gourmet cooking. Our overarching goal is to illustrate just how fundamental and accessible the culinary arts really can be – anyone who’s interested in cooking well can indeed learn to do so. As such, our courses appeal to students of all levels of experience: the novice who wishes to prepare small, elegant dinner parties; the aspiring connoisseur who’s looking to enhance his present abilities; even the accomplished chef who desires to hone particular aspects of her craft.

Atavola red snapper and steak

A ‘Tavola Ristorante of Old Bridge has been established since April 2002. If you are a regular, then you already know the feeling that you get when you walk through our doors and are greeted by the same smiley faces. My dream was to build a place which would bring people together. Throughout the years, I have experienced numerous guests from one table, converse and laugh with another, eventually becoming friends. This is what I had aspired for A’Tavola and truly enjoy seeing the accomplishment. We have become close to many and hope that you feel at home with us while you take in the fantastic aroma of our amazing Chef Carranza’s creations, prepared in our open kitchen. It’s not every day that you experience and see the fruition of a dream. I would like to express how appreciative I am of each individual I have met along the way. Not only for keeping the restaurant blooming for everyone to enjoy, but also for being concerned with our daily lives as well. Thank You! For those who are dining with us for the very first time, my staff and I strive for you to receive the same experience as our extended family. Therefore, I guarantee you will feel a deep sense of gratitude from all of us this evening. I wish you the most pleasant dining experience and may all your expectations be met here at A’Tavola. Enjoy!
